Supplier expectations

• Employment must be freely chosen
• No worker may be subject to recruitment fees, coercion or retention of identity documents
• Working conditions and pay must comply with applicable law
• Concerns must be raised without retaliation

Due diligence and response

Where risk warrants, we may seek information, contractual assurances or corrective action. Credible concerns are assessed promptly, and serious unremedied abuse may lead to suspension or termination.
