Supplier Code of Conduct
Suppliers are expected to meet clear standards of legality, integrity, labour practice, safety, confidentiality and environmental care.

Legal and ethical conduct
- Comply with applicable laws, permits and professional requirements
- Reject bribery, facilitation payments, fraud and improper influence
- Disclose relevant conflicts of interest
- Maintain accurate invoices, records and tax compliance
People and workplace
- Prohibit forced labour, child labour, harassment and unlawful discrimination
- Provide lawful pay, working time and safe conditions
- Respect freedom of association where protected by law
- Enable concerns without retaliation
Privacy and confidentiality
Suppliers must protect client, guest, employee and business information, use it only for the authorised purpose and report suspected loss or disclosure promptly.
Environment and oversight
Suppliers should reduce avoidable waste and environmental harm. Meridian BlueWater may request evidence and timely corrective action where standards are not met.
