Whistleblowing Policy
We encourage prompt reporting of genuine concerns about unlawful, unsafe or seriously improper conduct.
Effective 19 September 2026
Concerns covered
- Fraud, bribery, corruption or financial misconduct
- Modern slavery, unsafe work or environmental harm
- Serious privacy, legal or professional breaches
- Concealment of wrongdoing or retaliation
How to report
A concern may be reported by email with enough factual detail to permit fair assessment. Anonymous information will be considered where practicable, although anonymity can limit investigation.
Protection and process
Genuine concerns raised in good faith will not result in retaliation. Information is shared only where needed to assess, investigate or meet legal obligations. Deliberately false allegations may be misconduct.
External reporting
Nothing in this policy prevents a person from contacting a competent authority or obtaining independent legal advice.
